Each has a private patio deck or patiogarden with outside dining furniture and barbecue. Our Lodges feature wood burners and open plan living, incorporating dining and lounge area with full kitchen. Our cottage has private hot tub and elevated patio through a courtyard. The views from all of our properties are amazing. You will enjoy open views of the beautiful Perthshire countryside from your property. All properties are strictly non-smoking.The kitchen and dining area provides dining table, fridgefreezer, electric oven, hob and extractor, dishwasher, microwave and full range of crockery, glasses, utensils and pans. Additional Information:Hot Tub rental is included in all lets. Robes can be hired directly with the owners. Heating throughout the property Spacious deck or patio with outside dining table and chairs and BBQ Linen for all beds, large bath towel per person, bath mat, hand towel, tea towels, toilet roll. All cleaning materials, for both bathroom and kitchen are provided. You will also find things like tin foil, cling film, herbs and spices etc.Our properties are clean and well maintained and perfect for a romantic break away from it all.

From the centre of Pitlochry take the A924 opposite W H Smiths newsagents. Travel for approximately two miles and you will see our sign on the left hand side of the road within the hamlet of Kinnaird.
