Garden Cottage - hot tub Pitlochry

Garden Cottage forms the west wing of Kinnaird House. It is a fully self-contained cottage with elevated garden and patio and private hot tub.It has a fully equipped and newly fitted kitchen (2013) , shower room, spacious lounge dining area downstairs with double windows, two large sofas and a flame effect fire. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. There is free wi-fi throughout the cottage. Outside you will find BBQ and outdoor furniture on the elevated patio which has panoramic views. The cottage is let on a self catering basis. Robes for use with the hot tub can be hired direct with the owners and an early check in and late check out can be arranged. Accommodation is fully payable on booking if less than 30 days to arrival date. If more than 30 days to arrival date a deposit of the first night stay is payable with the balance being payable 30 days prior to arrival. 2.5% charge is made for any credit card payments.

Directions

From the centre of Pitlochry take the turning opposite W H Smiths. Travel for 2 miles and you will find Kinnaird Garden Cottage behind Kinnaird House, off the road to the left hand side. Drive up past Kinnaird House and park into the rear.
